When one of our clients wants their property back, we make sure that there is a fast and reliable handover from our property guardians and that full vacant possession is delivered within 28 days.

All DEX guardians sign a licence agreement, rather than a tenancy agreement and are made aware that this is a legally binding, rolling contract with a 28 day notice period.  28 days gives our maintenance team adequate time to carry out any restorations and, where possible, an opportunity to rehouse our guardians to another DEX property.
