Dedicated Account Manager

All our clients have a dedicated Account Manage offering a single point of contact to help with enquires, arrange access or organise maintenance. 

Our in-house team carry out monthly inspections on all properties and are able to provide owners with a full monthly update of your property. This can include any maintenance that we have carried out or any safety procedures we have updated, as well as an update on the guardians themselves. 

Extensive Vetting of Guardians

We carry out a rigorous application process and extensively screen all of our property guardians. Our thorough vetting process helps ensure we only place socially responsibly and reliable individuals who fully understand the responsibilities of caring for and maintaining empty properties.
