Salary: £25,000 Pro Rata

DEX is looking for a full time Vetting Officer on a long term basis who has a passion for property & excellent customer service and wants to progress in their career. You will be working in the Guardian Department supporting the team and liaising with the property guardians.

We are seeking a dynamic, confident and driven individual, who is able to demonstrate initiative and build rapport with their customers. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and a can-do positive attitude.

Your role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for property guardians
  • Assisting and supporting guardians with their enquiries
  • Managing guardians referencing process
  • Administering licences
  • Collecting payments
  • Liaising with and assisting new guardians before moving in
  • Making sure all details and documents are correct and on the system
  • Working closely with in-house teams for smooth processes and efficiency


  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Hardworking and target driven
